These general conditions of sale apply to all transactions conducted through the websites of Johanna King Photography.
"Client" refers to any individual or legal entity placing an order validated via our secure payment platform.

Johanna King Photography only accepts clients over the age of 16 (for digital products) and over the age of 18 (for services, such as workshops or coaching). By placing an order, you confirm that you meet these requirements.

Any order placed through the website implies full and unreserved acceptance of these general conditions of sale.

Article 3: Price

Prices are listed in euros (€) and currently do not include VAT, as Johanna King Photography is not currently registered for VAT under Irish law.

When VAT registration becomes applicable, EU VAT rules will apply, and the VAT rate will be determined based on the buyer’s location.
Updated pricing, including VAT where applicable, will be clearly displayed at the time of purchase.

Article 4: Payment

Payment is due immediately upon placing an order, including for pre-order products. Payments can be made via:
